GetYourGuideの予約では、Victoriaとしか把握してなかったので、
お二人？予約名はVictoriaで、メッセージはToe？さん？
ということはご夫婦？と想像していたところ、
なんと来られたのは美女二人、
まぁ、いいですけどね、
緊張するんですよね女性は、しかも若いし(￣▽￣;)、
でもそこはプロ！しっかり目をつぶって握り方をレクチャーしましたよ＾＾、
お二人ともとても器用で、それにもの覚えが非常によろしい、
あっという間に握り方の手順を覚えて、わずか2時間で、
サクッとお寿司の盛り合わせを作ってくれました。
いやいやいや、わずか2時間30分の体験でここまで握れたら秀逸でしょう！
まったく好き嫌いもなく、味噌スープも、麩もワカメも完食❣️ラブリーです。
結構、味噌汁の具は残される方が多いのですが、特にワカメ！
でもお二人とも、Victoria、Persephone さん、イギリス人にも関わらず
きれいに飲み干してくれました❣️

パセファニーになります、パセフォーンじゃないです（笑）

So here’s the thing—on GetYourGuide, all I had was the name Victoria.
Then I saw a message from someone named Toe…
So I’m thinking, “Okay, probably a couple, right?”
Nope.
Two beautiful ladies show up.
Plot twist.
Well hey, no complaints—but I gotta admit, I get a little nervous around young women 😅
But hey, I’m a pro!
I pulled it together and gave them a solid sushi lesson—with my eyes closed (just kidding… kinda 😎).
And man, these two? Total naturals.
Super skillful, crazy fast learners—
they picked up the whole sushi technique in no time.
Like… in just 2 hours, they were already putting together a legit sushi platter.
Clean. Beautiful. Delicious.
Honestly, for a 2.5-hour experience, this is next-level stuff.
Seriously impressive.
And get this—they ate everything.
Miso soup? Gone.
Fu (wheat gluten)? Gone.
Wakame seaweed? GONE.
That’s rare, by the way—especially the wakame.
A lot of guests leave that behind.
But Victoria and Persephone?
They finished it all like champs.
Absolutely lovely. 💛

They’re flying off to Korea in the evening.
They said they’re ready to take on some spicy food challenges—
and yeah, that checks out. Korea = spicy. No doubt about it 🔥
